Hello from a yoga fan

Hello! I am a new joiner! My name is Suzanne, aged 56, married with 2 gorgeous English Cream Golden Retrievers.

I am a Reiki Master, yoga enthusiast, lover of the outdoors with a happy habit of walking (we live in western New York: our hometown football team is the Bills)

I would love to make some really great connections with others who share some of these interests.

Welcome @SuzanneB to the forum. I like walking and travelling. My hometown footie team is the mighty Dragons (not that I follow sport)

A good morning from over the pond Suzanne!
It’s great to have you onboard :+1:
I have to say I’m intrigued by the yoga although I confess it’s something I know very little about I’m afraid.
Enjoy the forum :+1:

9:00 works for me! I’m usually in bed by about 10 minutes past that, that way I have 20 minutes to read the Bible, 15 minutes for meditation, and sound asleep by 10:00

Our Buffalo Bills actually had a pretty exciting season this year, made it all the way into the playoffs and then lost just before the final set of games. Unfortunately it’s kind of like that for us here in buffalo. We always seem to be the bridesmaid, never the bride. Even back in the 1990s we had a stretch of several seasons where we made it to the final game, but lost each time

Hi Chilli! If you are truly interested, I would suggest, go out to like YouTube or something like that and look for several gentle stretches to give you a feel free yoga. Depending on your absolute age and or absolute ability start with maybe a chair yoga routine. It’s amazing how beautiful the body feels when it stretches and moves and the rush of blood that gets into all of our extremities

I don’t think I could ever divorce my incredible husband! While he is becoming more and more disabled due to a physical challenge, he is the most brilliant individual I have ever met and while his body fails him, his mind is so incredible. I love him dearly
