Hello All

Hope you dont mind an outsider from the Harbor City of Sydney joining your little home.

Hi Swannie148 and welcome, hope you enjoy your time on Over50sForum. :039:

I’m sure you will find plenty of people on here to ‘chat to’ from your part of the world too!

Thanks for welcome @Baz46. Really other Aussies on the forum.

:023: Yes there are others, not sure how many though.
Seeing your introduction they will no doubt be along soon.

No, I don’t believe posts can be deleted once you press ‘Submit’, one of the Moderators
will probably see your wording in the post and delete it for you.

Morning Craig, we visited your fair city last November and we were gobsmacked at it’s beauty…

Welcome to the forum…

Welcome Swannie…hope you like it here

Hermano!..HI and welcome mate!..We lived in Dee Why until 1997 when we moved up to Point Clare…Where are you? Have fun here.

Many thanks for the welcome. Hope those terrible firestorms did not spoil your holiday Barry.

G’day fellow Sydneysider. Where is Point Clare? I am south of the the CBD. Other side of Georges River.

A second greeting Summer. I feel very honored. Liking the forum so far. Our relative time zones are not all that different. Better than the American boomer site I belonged to.

No Craig, just missed 'em by a day as we flew to Melbourne for a week to visit relatives. We just hope we can make it back sometime, but the way things are it could be quite awhile methinks …

Hello Swannie  welcome

Pleased you missed them Barry. Scorched almost a third of our landmass.
Now the world has this damned virus to contend with. Reading things are not going all that well in the UK with many thousands of deaths. Please tell your government to be cautious over easing of restrictions.

Thank you very much Meg.

OK. Point Clare is on Brisbane Water. PC is the last station before Gosford on the Central Coast. It’s a nice area.

Welcome Swannie, I look forward to reading you…
I love most things Aussie ever since I did a project on it at school all those years ago. These days I watch most things factual about Australia…Beautiful Country…

Hello Swannie  a very warm welcome to Over50sForum…
