Have you any plans for Sunday?

I plan to go to the Don Shepherd Nature Reserve at Karnup.
60km down the Kwinana Freeway.
Small reserve with birdlife. Though as photographers know, it is difficult to get photos of those little birds flitting hither and thither.
I am hoping to see a Striated Pardalote.

We used to see the Spotted Pardalote on our walks in the local reserve,never in the garden though…

I have never seen one and I am in the bush rather often.

We only saw them because they made a nest in the bank alongside the path.

I am waiting for my son to come and collect his dog.

There is supposed to be torrential rain and storms this arvo, some poor buggers will get flash flooding.

I’m hoping for a rest day after finishing a big personal project last week. I gave myself time off until at least the end of the month. Sunday is the last day of the month.
