I think it is perhaps a printing error - at least, I hope it is!
On their own Brahma Kumaris website I put the link to about three post back, the book is £12.50
I doubt they will get any offers for the £139.99 book, Mups! 
If anyone paid that, they will kick themselves later on, if they find out the real price.

Tried this recipe for lunch and it was delightful - had to nip down to the village for some cream - but had everything else in stock.

Very tasty, Mups, am going to work my way through all of the recipes! Might have to add a chunk of meat occasionally - who knows??!!

I think if I hit a kangaroo for example I would throw it in the back of the Ute for the meat. Also I have unsuccessfully swerved slightly for the odd deer because I do like like venison.
Close but not close enough.
