Do you think that Farage is the only one that does that Morty?
The reason I will vote for Reform and Farage is because of two things, Stopping the incoming and kicking Net Zero into the long grass…I just don’t care what he has allegedly been paid or done, or any other of his policies. Just on those two things alone he will win my vote.

Foxy … I’d already fallen out of love with Reform anyway when the Reform councils of Derbyshire closed down half their care homes for the elderly.
They’re certainly not into promoting social care. And Farage toadying to Trump is another vote loser.
I used to think he was great … in the days when he tore strips off them all in the European Parliament.

The so called ‘establishment’ consists of the higher echelons of the long entrenched civil service and also including private secretaries etc, BUT excluding long established business types who usually are faceless unless something really irks them, then they open up with their views. Olly Robbins is just one name that immediately springs to mind.

You are very well aware who I am referring to, or should be, because it’s the people who run most of the world. The people who sell the oil, the people who lend the money for the national debt, and the people who have a vested interest in green energy and the net zero sh$te.
LongDriver is correct in that they are all frightened of Farage and reform because they are the voice of the people and there are more of us than them…Just look how the brexit referendum went and I can see Farage being the next PM, or at least somebody from Reform.
The establishment will do everything in their power to discredit Farage and Reform, and some of the posters on here have fallen for their lies… 
I like Farage and would like to see him lead Reform in the next election Morty, but Reform would get my vote whoever leads the party.

So the establishment is made up of the senior civil servants in government? Well we can surely name them from a quick search. The cabinet secretary is Antonia Romeo - born in 1974 to academic parents, joined consultancy firm before joining the civil service. That hardly smacks of establishment. What about the COO of the civil service - Catherine Little. Born 1980, went to Brummie Uni, also joined consultancy firm before going into civil service. Not sure what is establishment about her. Even your man Olly Robbins was born in 1975, also to academic parents, after going to Oxford uni joined the treasury. I was expecting parents and grandparents to be in the same mold but - nope. What is so establishment about these guys?
Or do you mean by establishment “people who don’t support the stuff you support”? Or maybe “people who recognise ideas that you like as bad / illegal / detrimental and therefore try to amend or improve these ideas”. Which is not so much being the establishment as being sensible.
I can name at least one of them.

Charles isn’t the establishment … he’s part of the Royal family which now really amount to nothing more than a walking encyclopedia of British culture, history and heritage.
Think of him as a Listed Building. Has to be maintained and kept in good nick but is a throwback to the olden days.

The con artist previously known as Farage is taking another idea from his fav fat orange man. He is banning reporters who he does not like from his party’s annual conference. Specifically reporters who uncovered his £5m gift. But Farage said there was nothing to hide and the gift was all above scrutiny. So then why be so annoyed with these reporters that he makes sure they will not attend the conference? It seems it was something he wanted to hide … which means it is dodgy. On top of that it shows that if Farage ever got real power he will be quite happy to stifle the press he does not like. Oh, what’s the name for a leader that does that…?

You know I used to think one of his strengths was that he knew how to play to an audience, like orating before the European Parliament … how to articulate and marshal a decent argument.

It couldn’t mean that they have been hired by the establishment to discredit him and he knows the game they’re playing. The establishment are frightened of him and his attraction to the general public, they are running scared and will resort to any skullduggery to shut him and reform up…Just my opinion.
Time is short and we need some sort of resolution, why do folks who promise any sort of resolution, get discredited for better or for worse? 
That is quite an opinion to get one’s head around. So you are saying that it was not in fact investigative reporters who uncovered that Farage had received £5m and failed to declare this £5m. Your claim is that the ‘establishment’ paid these reporters (who are in fact already fully employed) to create this story. This story that Farage has confirmed to be true. So not a story. But nonetheless these reporters were paid to discredit Farage based on something he in fact did do and in fact does appear to break the rules on declaring any gift let alone a £5m gift. Presumably these reporters also created a story about Farage lobbying the Bank of England on relaxing the rules on crypto currency. It is a good story because the donor of the £5m has massive interests in crypto and stands to gain significantly from relaxed crypto rules. Then it was confirmed that Farage has in fact done this lobbying and has not denied it. Therefore the ‘establishment’ (we will come to who that is), you claim, paid these reporters to report on what actually happened. It is just that Farage would have preferred no-one to know about any of that happening. The ‘out to get him’ is this spoiling of what Farage would have preferred to keep hidden. Ok. Got it.
Now, back this ‘establishment’ who you say hired these reporters - who are already in full employment. So a bit of work on the side I guess. In posts above the nearest we have got to identifying the ‘establishment’ is Ollie Robbins, the retired civil servant. No other names or groups have been identified. After much asking. Therefore your claim is that Ollie Robbins, the retired civil servant, went to the Guardian offices (where these reporters work) and set out a hire contract to create a story about what Farage had in fact actually been doing. Ok. Got it.
Just to check - is there anything in your opinion that you have doubts about? Even little doubts?

Quite a coincidence this should turn up when Reform were looking like they would win the next general election.
I’m just surprised they haven’t linked Farage to Epstein yet.
The worst thing about all this is that the great British public will fall for this malarkey hook line and sinker and will be destined to continue to be run by a two party swop every few years.
If it hadn’t have been Farage and Reform, it would just be any other party who dared to challenge the status quo.
