Hair Style

Men have it so easy.

That’s how I feel Annie. Stting in those uncomfortable chairs with your head leaning back, hurting your neck while some stranger massages your head , isn’t my idea of a good time either.
It’s far too up close and personal.

I’m into doing my own hair. Right now it’s a natural silver & blue gray . It’s three feet long and goes into curly ringlets after it’s washed. I cut it myself when needed and haven’t seen a hairdresser in 7 years. When I coloured my own hair I used henna . At one point I had the brightest cherry cola red curls ever. It was nice but I’m so glad I grew that out. It was far too loud. Colouring the roots became a hassle. Embracing my natural hair was liberating.

I wear it in plaits or a bun. I’ve never spent a lot on my hair but do take care if it.

I am in my late 60s, but I fight looking it, The only time I actually feel my age is if I’m not well. All the swimming, dog walking, horse riding, and farm/stable work keeps me in pretty good shape. We’ll I think so anyway. Also I never have worn makeup so my skin is ok too.
