Absolutely.I think with lazer technology you need to still have pigment ( colour )in your hair. Once the pigment is gone, the lazer can’t pick it up so electrolysis is needed.
Aysa, l am the same and have never had to shave my legs as they are not hairy.
I think, some think it’s the thing to do at an early age and after shaving, the ‘down’ changes into a coconut!
Hair Removal – I should have never!
Peer pressure at 16 and even though I barely had any hairs on my legs and underarms, I gave in… Big Mistakes! I’ve now suffered from “Folliculitis”. Besides the boils and others, each follicles have three hairs each and are always red and itchy.
Add to this that I’ve now dermatitis of the eczema kind. Fun? No!
Stay away from these battery powered hair removers. Now, I did a stupid thing and I’ve to wax my chin, yuck!
Good news, however, the hair growth in my legs stopped when menopause arrived. So, the need to shave my legs stopped in 2014. Yippee.
Today for the first time since 2016, I decided to stop covering my arms and did my underarms.
If I could Quantum Leap to my past 16 self, I’d tell her not to give in and leave them hairs alone…
