I went to the trouble of reading through that HAARP link and, to be honest, all I saw was a lot of accusations and suppositions, and absolutely no evidence.
I’m sure we’ve all see such things before published by people who want to stir up emotions.
No. The disaster in Germany was due to weather phenomena. Incidentally, we travelled on that suspended railway a few years ago. Very interesting. I’m sure they’ll restore it to working order pretty quickly.
Never been to Germany. The destruction in such picturesque villages is heartbreaking.
