Greetings

Greetings from Florida.

I am a retired plumber and plumbing contractor, happily married for 50 years. I live in a rural area, far from the sandy beaches and tourist traps, and love it. My politics have been described as a little left of Stalin, but I take issue with that.

My hobbies are collecting WWII paraphernalia, woodworking, and history.

I like to have conversations with all kinds of people and I have never known a stranger. I will try to be good and stay out of trouble, but I have a hard time with that. There are many mornings that I am in trouble before my first cup of coffee…It’s a had job, but someone has to do it.

Hello Savvy  a warm welcome to Over50sForum…

Welcome mate. You won’t find many strangers here.

Hello Savvy. I’m also a woodworker. What kinds of things do you like to make?
Welcome.

Hello Savvy and welcome to the forum

I don’t know if you’ve heard of him, but try Searching YouTube for ‘Paul Sellers Woodwork’
He’s an excellent carpenter & joiner, using hand tools
I’m not so interested in woodwork, but it’s just a pleasure and relaxing to watch an expert at work
