Blimey, where did that day go?
Started the day with another record breaking six mile run…Then took Mrs Fox round several kitchen suppliers but it seems Gas Ovens and Grills are in short supply…As one kitchen supplier pointed out; The government don’t want you to use gas any more.
Anyway despite the onset of a general election, Trump dropping the mother of all bombs on Syria, and some North Korean dictator threatening the world with nuclear oblivion, it all pales into insignificance compared to the drowsiness that now overcomes me…

Well that’s Tuesday out of the way, it went quite smoothly with no surprises apart from the freezing cold wind straight from the Arctic and the hailstones…So I’m going to wrap it up for now Goodnight All…Night shift…You’re on…
The wife was feeling a bit down today, nothing wrong with her thank God, she’s just not bubbly today ;-), anyway I’m taking her out for a pint to cheer her up, so it’s an early goodnight from me, sleep well folks.
Struggled round a ten mile course in the rain this morning and it wiped me out for the rest of the day. Sun came out half way round and I overheated in my raincoat and cap.
I’ve been waiting for this moment all day…Night all.
