Just finished and having a couple of pints on the way home after a hard day keeping the wheels of industry turning.

A word of advice - If you spend your time actually working and not on OFF half the day, you’ll be home by 5.30…

Started the day with a record breaking six mile run…Fastest time this year…
Proceeded to Meadowhall and a delicious Subway sandwich…Asking for a six inch Italian just seems odd though…
A visit to the cinema to see ‘Going in Style’ with Morgan Freeman, Michael Caine and Alan Arkin was exceptional…Strongly recommend it…
And finished off with ‘Car Share’ and a roam around the forum…
So that’s me done for the day…A very Goodnight late night forum residents…Keep the home fires burning…
Saturday night TV sucks! Can’t understand why there hasn’t been more people milling about on the forum…
