Goodnight! (Part 1)

Off to bed. Be seeing you!

Gave today my best shot, went walking in shorts first thing and nearly froze my gonads off; If I’m going to wear shorts I’d better be running at this time of the year.
Had a leisurely wander round B&Q, the bacon sarnie in the cafe was heaven. And finished up in the local Fish and Chip restaurant for dinner. Just done a lap of Over 50’s Forum to see who’s said what to whom and why, but apart from the swingers thread nothing much doing. That’s today in a nutshell!
Being retired isn’t half tiring…Hence the name:- Re-tired.
A rest day tomorrow from any athletic pursuits but plans are afoot!

So it’s Rest and recuperation now…Goodnight All.

Checked the feet, and moisturised them, got the feeler gauges out and checked the synapse, all A OK, no probs here.

Just had a poke about, still none the wiser, Goodnight All.

The smell of toast browning under the grill, the bubbling of a boiling kettle, it must mean that supper is nearing completion.
Spent time in the workshop on a project, but also spent a lot of time sat in front of the telly; despite their being bugger all on. Funny how tired you get doing nothing…

Goodnight Friends…:015:

Couldn’t work out why I was waking up at 4.30am, then I realised that I was snoozing at 8.00pm.

Left to the consistent to bear the Staff,.
Goodnight All.

As Monday disappears into the night so am I…GOODNIGHT SEE Ya TOMORROW.

Here’s a first.
Goodnight folks.

Good night Tpin. Sweet dreams.
Try not to miss us too much.

Listen, this thread is getting like the Bus Drivers who, put their right indicator on, ten minuets before they pull off from the Bus Stop. If folks say Goodnight any earlier, before going to bed, this thread will end up merging with the Good Morning …day thread.

Goodnight All.

Early to bed Spitty up early in the mornings, no sneaky napping at eight in the evening…

Was just going to peruse the forum tonight when this brilliant documentary came on about Gravity so I had to shut the computer down and absorb the detail…Then it was ‘Grantchester’ so I’ve just checked in and see there are some very exciting topics but unfortunately the smell of toast is in my nostrils and that can only mean one thing…SUPPER.
So I’ll catch up tomorrow after an early six mile run…
GOODNIGHT EVERYONE

I was going to watch the Gravity thingybob, but, have previously watched stuff that I thought would supply some answers, but was bitterly disappointed, so, I watched the Snooker instead, and was bitterly disappointed, such is life, Goodnight All.

Good documentary Spitty but they didn’t sort oat out, gravity is still a bitch and up is still up and down is still down and we won’t be seeing levitation or an anti gravitational drive any time soon…

My head is spinning from the smell of glue used to stick on some dado rail today - I don’t think I could ever be a glue sniffer. It’s the hardest I’ve worked for a while and what with the early morning run I’m plum tuckered so I’ll call it a day now…

Goodnight All

Yes, that smell of Solvent, it can’t be good for you, why do workers in Nail Bars wear dust masks? Gas Masks would be of more use.

Goodnight All, and BTW, I do not frequent Nail Bars for cosmetic purposes.

Night folks…sleep well, have a nice tomorrow and stay safe.

I’m now retiring as I’ve forgotten what I had planned…oh well, I’m sure I can find something to do. xxx

Goodnight All.

Don’t forget to put your clocks and watches on one hour tonight or miss the Sunday Politics Show!

Off to bed early if I’m going to lose an hour…
