Monday comes to an end and nothing special happened today, it will take it’s place at the end of a long list of Monday’s.
One last thing to do before I drag this weary body off to it’s resting place for the next eight hours and that is wish Spitty, Jem and everyone who looks in a restful goodnight…

With less than two hours of Tuesday left I just looked in to wish everyone a very restful goodnight. If this mornings run could be described as a television program it would be ‘Total Wipe Out’ since the new year I decided to try and run everyday, and it seemed to be going well until this morning. After three miles into a six mile run the legs were beginning to fail and although I made it home it’s taken me all day to recover. So after spending more time on Over 50’s than my wife would have liked I eventually got round to installing a new curtain pole, cooked dinner and washed the pots. So here I am again, O/H is asleep in her chair after getting tired watching me do all the work and I can’t wait to hit the sack and then tomorrow I will do it all over again…
Sleep tight you all…

It’s been a long day for me, I’ll watch a Father Brown mystery I recorded earlier before I hit the sack, I have to say the BBC did a great job on this series, goodnight all and sleep well.
As another day draws to an end and very little has been achieved other than an early morning run I close up my Netbook and wish everyone a comfy goodnight.
