Morning all!
Finally. I got my food delivery. I found a window of sun at the right time, then placed the order. Within 30 minutes, the sky was completely gray and overcast, looking like there would be rain. But it didn’t. Right after the order was delivered, the clouds scattered, and blue sky again. Food at last! Yay!
Glad to have gotten it because it looks like it could turn again at any minute which I’m actually happy about.
Plans for today include more sleep.

Me and dog were well wrapped up… I still got numb thumbs in my sheepskin mitts .

No walk or jog this morning after another painful attack of gout…
Although the temperature was hovering around zero degrees C, it felt very much colder as I hobbled across the Tesco car park early on. Still no snow…
It will be a day of ‘sit down jobs’ perhaps a book… 
I’m slowly working my way through the kings and queens of England since 1066…

Here is the book I’ve been reading. Although it describes each king and queen fairly well, I may choose something later in more detail about my favourite Monarchs. Queen Elizabeth I for example. She reigned for 45 years, one of the longest at the time, and it also was a very interesting period of history.
Aftnoon … just moseying through.
Dull and a little sleety here … snow forecast for tomorrow.
