Good morning all, it looks like this is the last warm day for a little while as an Antarctic blast makes its way up from the Southern Ocean.
I was up by half past six because I decided that today was the day to visit the Return and Earn, it is always a very disappointing business, a cart load of bottles and you end up with about $10 in Woollies vouchers. 
Yes, I did fly my drone later this morning. After returning with my cart I went for an abbreviated walk just to get the exercise in.
Once I was home again, after my shower, I threw my all my clothes into the washing machine to avoid the cold weather coming for the next few days, It is on the line enjoying the sunshine as I type.

Is Radio Caroline still illegal? I used to listen to it in the 60s/70s I think my favourite program was Kenny and Cash.
Just got back from the Chemist after a flu and a Covid vaccination this arvo.
Perfectly legal these day,not that they ever were illegal.
The Marine Offences act made supplying the boat from Britain illegal.
Broacasting from International waters wasn’t.
And far better than the Top forty stations.
They’ll be on the boat at the weekend.
Which is on the River Blackwater in Essex.

The Indian grocery has finally had a fresh chilli delivery!

Gorgeous,more potent than the regular variety. I use it in the masticating juicer.Adds a bit of a buzz to fresh vegetable combos!
Talking of healthy things I’ve been absent from the gym for too long. Going to load up on the monohydrate, give myself a kick up the backside and get back into the routine!
