Good Morning/Afternoon everyone - very cold here today. Just had a walk along the riverside - it was lovely. Heading for tea and toast now - and then wait to see what the day throws at me!

Crikey Tabby you must have been walking by the riverside in pitch blackness! I would have been a bit scared in that situation.
I’m up early because I woke & couldn’t get back to sleep. Now enjoying a mug of coffee & browsing the net.
Later today I’ve got a walk planned with my friend Chris. Today it’s along the Cromford canal & we via off through woods & fields. A lovely walk - only about 4 miles but enough for me as I’m only recently getting over the trapped nerve that immobilised me for 3 months.
When I get back I’ve got Paula coming to sort me some technical stuff out on my phone. I’ve just had a new i-Phone & I’m all at sixes & sevens with it!

Good morning everyone, cold here too but another bright day ahead, so jo complaints for January. 
No plans for the day other than the usual walks and indoor jobs, maybe something interesting will turn up though, it often does.

A bit of snow now sleet which is turning to drizzle.
I have two helpers plus 6 year old Millie here today, she will keep me busy whilst Mum is working.
The two ladies will be moving and sorting things in the side passage and one of the sheds.
Most definitively a two person job.

Had a short snow flurry yesterday afternoon according to “The Boss” but I missed it. Sue gone over to take the kids to school as Ben has to go into work today, but this is only about once every few weeks until the rest of his family come over

such a beautiful day.
I wish I could take full advantage of it by doing some jobs in the garden but a painful hand and leg are making essential jobs slow and difficult to carry out so I will enjoy it from the window as I clean the bathroom and prepare lunch.
It’s the best time, Carol. No people, no traffic, no plague - just good fresh air, peace and quiet! 
In approximately 35 minutes it will be Thursday here so from the bottom of the Southern Hemisphere, good night and have a good day lol

Morning.
Been poorly today with headache, dizziness and sickness. Struggled with Holly’s first walk but have booked two walkers for today, lunchtime and early evening. They will do 30 minutes each, at £5 and £6 respectively, cleaning me out of change. I want to stay at home now and get better.
Trouble is, she keeps bothering me. She has had food, toast, cuddles, toilets, been out in the garden. Showing off with her mat. And I don’t know what else to do. I want to settle on the sofa now, in my thicker DG as I can’t get warm. Might see if I can keep down a couple of paracetamols.
The joys of pet ownership when you feel unwell, eh? But thanks to the power of FB…

Thanks Susie. Yes, I have quite a few cans and did think of doing that later. No problems so far from having the toast.

Just finished work now at my dads, I brought him his Wednesday fish and he’s tucking in as he chats away. He’s playing pop about Boris again, he’s very anti Boris lol.
I’m tired again so I’m going to take a nap when I get home.
I’m fed up of feeling cold, im not normal me, im always cold even when others are warm. I just can’t seem to tolerate the cold.
Anyway I’ll shut up now.

They know when we are off colour Jazzi, so perhaps Holly is just trying to comfort you in her own little way?
