Might do some work on the allotment. Will see what I feel like doing when I’m there. Digging up weeds, I should think, and trying to clear high nettles that are springing up all around the compost heap.
Good Morning from Foxy’s small portion of Yorkshire…
After the overnight heavy rain I had to splash myself up the lane for a swift 3 miler, and it resulted in having to do the Tesco shop with wet feet. Although a swift time, I wasn’t feeling the love. And being overtaken by a couple of old plodders didn’t help…Was a time!
I’m not keen on Wednesday’s because I have to get my jog/walk done quickly as Mrs Fox is waiting for me to take her and a neighbour to Tesco. She doesn’t like going late as it gets busy.
We used to do the neighbours shopping for her when she was ill, but she’s able to do it herself now, but I take her so I can lift and carry her shopping.
Anyway, shopping and breakfast completed I might have another go at the garden, I got rained off yesterday but managed to get the lawns mowed and the borders weeded and dug. Just lawns and plants to feed and pull some weeds round the back.
Back in the workshop later, I save the best till last…
Afternoon all
I couldn’t be happier after the the vet said Jake my dog has gained 0.5 kg, the infection has almost gone. No more steroids , antibiotics, special diet, special shampoos or cream .
It’s been going on since the end of April .
There were times when I thought the worst.
Now it’s happy days
Could do with some rain here the garden turning to dust
