Sorry to hear that I am hearing about more people with covid than last year now. Take care and hope you are on the mend soon.
The East Coast Low caused high winds of 130kph and 34mm of rain to 9am this morning and still cold. The wave rider at Port Kembla went off line yesterday at 5pm after recording 11 metre waves.
Today was cold and started off wet and windy but the low moved out to sea rapidly so by this arvo it was far less windy. I expect the surfers have had a wonderful day.
Should warm up over the next week. Anyway have a good one
That sounds horrendous Meg
I think you need to find a better dentist!, Sending (((hugs)))…
Sorry to hear about your problems Swimmers, hope you get well soon.
Swim don’t see it as isolation, you can always come to the forum if you want to chat.& you know how many chatterboxes we have on here.!
I am sure they wont keep you longer than necessary, but just in case, don’t chat up any nurses that may fancy you!
Good morning all (just) sunny with scattered dark clouds here in the Weald. Just put the washing out so must keep an eye on those iffy looking clouds. Have a good day.

thanks PK you know for a foreigner to your shores this is the most difficult thread to access on this forum!! - the mind boggles
You are doing just fine, gumbud…one step at a time gets you the bounty!
@swimfeeders Hi Swimmy, sorry to hear that you must be sick of going in and out of hospital . Hope you are home again soon… x
She is very lovable, I agree! Their daughter has a smaller, younger ‘version’ (I can’t remember the exact mix, I just know that Patra is a Golden Doodle, but not sure what their daughter’s is). Anyway, they called her Cleo, because Patra was originally intended as being short for Cleopatra ;).
Here’s Cleo
@Mags @SilverTabby @Barry Thanks all
, around here that’s life after C 19, you grab any dentist you can get…
@Kazz Hi Kazz sadly my dentist of 30 years had to retire due to ill health and sold the practice. I have another filling booked (you have to pay in advance) then I will leave and go elsewhere when the world is more normal .
@Bathsheba
how lovely…
My son’s family has a Cocker/Poodle cross with a delightful temperament…
She looks a beauty @Bathsheba, we have two cockerpoos Oscar and Alfie, both ten now but still as playful as puppies… although not quite as often… ![]()
Most of these poodle crosses seem to have lovely temperaments @Meg. And often no moulting, although that can’t be guaranteed, but a real plus when you get this result!
No, separate litters and parents and six months between them. Our first one Oscar was so lively we thought he needed a playmate so managed to find Alfie, and they’ve been best mates ever since. Oh, and neither of them moult so a real plus after having labradors for most of our lives…
