Collecting bro and SiL this morning, then off to the carvery to meet o5er sister. Then later on to the cemetery.
Cooler day, overcast but so far hasn’t actually rained.
Ordered ten $5 meals which arrived this arvo, they are now in the freezer.
Worked on my car for a while, then got the whipper snipper out and started on the edeges of my lawn and the path outside. The damn thing then packed up and while it could be got going it wouldn’t last, it is many years old these things have a really silly carbie which costs too much to repair/fix so I ordered another one, I thought I’d try a Ryobi this time - gets delivered on Friday or Monday.
Apart from that not much has happened.

Janet, workers are doing nothing, just looking down the hole, we have been told not to call it a sink hole, its a collapsed sewage, its 16ft deep and 5ft square, they still reckon another 5/6 weeks, still no buses can come through.

Day 2 of Covid, and not feeling too bad really. Mild headache, bit of a tickly cough, and sneezing a lot. Worst bit is the tiredness, honestly I could sleep for England

The sun is shining and set to stay all day! I have flung open the windows and will potter about - oh wait, I mean to say…I couldn’t get the door locked last night! 
There’s something wrong with it…it isn’t flush with the locking bit in the door frame, so I had to sleep knowing that anyone could march in at anytime. I have called the HA and hopefully they will send someone round to sort it out.

Morning all, glorious again, mens shed this morning then solar lighting to be installed around the garden edge, took the casing off of one’s we have on the shed, bit of water ingress not surprising, cleaned out and worked last night like new uns.Enjoy.

another beautiful spring day.
I spent yesterday in the garden, today I can hardly move so am going to do some stretching excercise in the hope I can loosen up get some more work done in the garden later.
I am waiting for a delivery of frozen fruit, sadly they have sold out of gooseberries
so I have settled for plums still very tasty.
Three of my grandchildren are appearing in ‘Joseph’ this week one has a main part. I am sad I was unable to go and watch them because of the risk of Covid which is running riot around here at moment.
Sorry to hear about your Angina attacks Ian, hope they pass soon.
Today checked car tyre pressure as one was a bit under inflated according to the dashboard readout . While there topped up the screen wash and put the battery on charge. then along came the postman with my order for 2 electrical junction boxes. I prefer to over order and have a spare if needed at a later date. Next was to make a proper safe electrical connection for the garage light I had moved. it was the old floodlight were the sensor didn’t work so did away with the sensor and now works via a switch .
Was going for a walk around Sovereign Harbour in Eastbourne taking the camcorder but that can wait now
Tomorrow D-I-L flies in from Brazil. Ben been busy making his house look good so talk here will be obvious. 
A jolly good day to go fishing and not caring if you catch one or not. Unfortunately, she who must be obeyed wanted me to go shopping with her.

What a beautiful warm, sunny day its been.
I’ve been and had my hair trimmed and some new hi-lights put in, and then called in to see a friend on the way home.
I have also bought a foot pump, never had one before, and I am so proud of myself because I managed to put the pressure back in my wheelbarrow tyre before all my bags of compost are delivered tomorrow.
A handy thing to keep in the car . . . . the foot pump - not the wheelbarrow.
