Good morning to all of you on OFC, another day weatherwise that threatens to be the same as the days preceding it, however according to the forecast this should change by the weekend when some showers/rain is due.
Had to go to my PO Box to pick up some filament and a lumber cushion - if I have a complaint about my Dmax it is the front seat is the most uncomfortable I have come across hence the latter as my previous one wore out. The filament is ABS, something I had no success with in the past but which will require some experimentation.
Spent a bit of time in the garden digging out some of the broad leaf weeds in the lawn. They keep coming back, my first wife would not allow their removal because she would make concoctions like dandelion tea so they grew well, undisturbed for many years. These days I have a blitz about once a year removing them.
The weather situation is slowly but surely deteriorating here in West Sussex! Strong gusty winds forecast for Friday on the coast coinciding with a high tide, no paddling for me!
Totally rearranging the kitchen today, we have a newish energy efficient mini oven on one of the counters. I’m going to clean up the original unit and find space for it too. May as well use it given the price of energy today…phew!
Talking of which I’ve had the new halogen heater on this morning for a quick blast, it’s that time of year again!
A stormy windy day here on the south coast, definitely not a day for wandering outside. Although I’m sure the local swans and ducks appreciate the downpour.
Thanks to the weather, my plans for the day are limited. Drop the wife off at the gym, sort out a photoshoot that supposed to be happening on Saturday - but the forecasts are saying otherwise. Need to do some stuff on my PC, retrieve wife from gym and coffee. Possibly go for a drive later. Apart from that, not much else planned.

A storm going on at the moment, it’s coming down in buckets and wind’s getting stronger too.
This morning I managed to get some more petrol from the only service station in town which hasn’t run out yet, but tomorrow there will probably be none left there either.
The lorry drivers are still insisting with their protest, blocking motorways and state roads, we understand them but this can’t go on for much longer. The emergency services are going to be affected soon because of fuel shortage - public transport, couriers, etc!
Manufacturers are already being forced to close because no products are being delivered to them. Supermarkets are practically empty, no fresh produce.
Over 90% of our country’s merchandise arrives by road.
I’m ok on my food supply at the moment and other household goods, I’m worried about fuel, this is the biggest disadvantage of living in the countryside, we can’t live without our cars, there are no shops or services here within walking distance.
Today is the third day only but it seems like forever.
Hope to hear some good news soon but for now the situation doesn’t seem to be changing, not for the better anyway.

Wow the weather sure is bracing down here on the south coast ,sunny though . The wind it’s on steroids …my 30min walk I got blasted round in under 20 minutes.
