I really wanted to catch up on sleep and slow down after the last few stressful weeks. I spent a lot of the day sleeping. So nice!
The weather is still pretty nice so it was nice sleeping weather.
I subscribed to Peacock Plus to watch The Voice last night. I just found out that Peacock is now showing The Voice live. The live version was not available last season. Maybe last night was a fluke. I’ll have to check it out.
If I can get more sleep today, I’ll do that. Otherwise I’ll have to play it by ear.
Todays weather forecast is saying brushed cotton and a 10 tog .
It’s time I packed away the summer bedding and organise the linen cupboard.

Ive just had my food delivered , im cooking tomorrow for my Son and his OH , Chicken Fajitas , , Ive been looking at so many different ingredients , I think im getting confused and mixing them all up .

Ive been sorting and putting in order , my drawers (bedroom ) they get so untidy and everything gets mixed in what should not .
Something for the Kitchen i may get is a Soup Maker , had a good report about them ,and un be knowing I had a Broccoli soup made in one some months back which was Delicious…
@swimfeeders glad you are back up and running on the keyboard, keep pressure on the cut this may stem the bleed .
Hoping to get some Airfix kits up for sale , these are from when my Hubby did them mostly Planes , he had what was a Stash as he called them .They been in the cupboard since he died , they will go to Charity if they dont sell .

No walking or biking today due to an early Tesco visit for the weeks supplies. I’m hoping to get out into the garden later, green bin day tomorrow and apparently the four horsemen of the apocalypse will be visiting in the next few days…Gulp!
Oooh, if you get a soup maker, please post about it. Some years ago, I was eyeing one. I never got around to getting it. I don’t think they make it anymore. But I was so intrigued. I watched youtube videos on it. I looked up recipes for it.
Around that time, I bought a rice cooker that was supposed to be able to make soup. Unlike other rice cookers, it has a saute feature, so it can cook stuff before the actual rice cook process.
Cut out the middle man butterscotch, Heinz do a great range of tinned soups, just add heat. And for the really discerning, Baxters have produced some very tasty exotic flavours…
So nice!
