Good Morning Wednesday, 16th July 2025

Good morning on this sunny day, yesterday’s cloud has gone and we are back to sunshine.

Was up fairly early this morning, with the sunshine looking to be here all day threw all my dirty clothes into the washing machine and got it on the line by 7.30am.

No real plans for today, will try to spend as much of the day as I can out in the garden enjoying the warmth of the sun while I read my book. No other jobs planned for today except perhaps a bit of vacuuming my bedroom, there seems to be dust accumulating in the corners - bad mistake putting my glasses on indoors

Have a wonderful Wednesday yourself.

Take care

Just lost my forum mojo for a while. I expect I’ll be back in no time. All is well.

Hi

Good Morning All.

A cooler but drier day forecast.

I aim to get outside this morning for a few minutes, I need to get my legs moving before they seize up completely.

Apart from that, I will be getting frustrated again with my continuing inability to sort out my incredibly simple, allegedly, home automation system.

Have a great day all.

Hello everyone. Working from home today means a later swim than normal. Had a few wines with some friends last night and very much feeling the effects! :face_with_thermometer: x

Morning all from a bright and breezy south Hampshire

Just come back from my daily walk in a nice and pleasant day. Weather seems to have broken up a bit and its quite fresh outside. Still deciding what to do today as I’ve noticed a tree in our garden is well overdue for trimming, so may make a start on that.

Whatever you’re doing, have a great day.

:sunny: :grinning:

Morning all – bright sunshine this morning and forecast for the rest of the day with temperatures mid 20s, lots of rain yesterday!

Received a phone call this morning at 7.15, caller ID just said it was an international number. I have relatives abroad and although I have some of their numbers programmed into my phone I don’t have them all and thought it might be one of them trying to contact me, so I answered. A man with a strong accent, speaking very quietly and in what was obviously a call centre started talking. I immediately hung up – now I am not a morning person (have problems remembering my own name until after my 2nd cup of coffee) so he was lucky not to get an earful of abuse. Later, I decided to try to trace the caller– I got as far as finding out it was a call from Estonia!!! Couldn’t possibly a scam call could it?

Take care – have a great day

Good Afternoon from Foxy’s World… :cat2:
Was getting a bit worried Mart…Glad you posted and are okay…
:+1:
They are re designing our local Tesco and although it’s still open for business its making shopping a bit of a challenge…Nothing is where it’s supposed to be, but I rather enjoyed the walk around. It was early though with not many people, I’d hate to be dodging trolleys and pushchairs when it gets busy. Very frustrating!
A rest day today, so no early morning walk. Quite a decent morning after the overnight rain, but plenty to do on the computer so I’ll catch up with a few things cyber…
We have a new addition to the Fox household…No! Mrs Fox hasn’t had a baby…
:astonished:
Not by me anyway…

I’ll like to introduce you to ‘Rosie’…

I’ve always had a cat but after the passing of Maddie the cat in 2021 our daughter thought it was time we had another, so she brought Rosie on my birthday…
Kittens seem to be a lot faster than I remember…
