Autumn is definately here, a chilly 8C at the moment, later this week forecast as low as 5C.
Did a lot of shopping yesterday, ready for changing the conservatory prior to the winter, I am intending to bring a lot of the tender plants inside.
I am making some terrariums, got myself one as a present yesterday, and making two more.
I have another home visit today, I must be scaring them
Wendy is here today, so that is good.

Raining still here in Dorset but forecast to brighten later I believe. We are taking a trip to Brownsea Island today in Poole harbour so looking forward to that, there are still red squirrels there apparently as well as lots of other wildlife, should be interesting… particularly so if it ever does stop b****y raining…

Simple answer Muddy, severe Angina , severe enough to wake from sleep and not immediately responding to GTN Spray.
Very painful, somewhat scary, it affects your ability to breath, and unless controlled it can turn into a full blown heart attack.
I am a scientist, not a Doctor, but am considered to be an expert patient.
I have a number of medications labelled for hospital use only.
They save my life due to the long waits for ambulances, I do not use up Ambulance or Resus Resources, but when I do go in they know it is serious.
I frequently, for that read always, get a bollocking for not ringing sooner.
It’s been a very pleasant almost warm day. Baked a cake, made beds, mowed grass, vaccumed rooms in preparation for visitors tomorrow.
The weekend is supposed to be nice but rain is supposed to start tomorrow.

I absolutely adore the autumn season. I have already changed to my autumn wear and feel so much better with the slight chill in the air.
Another long one planned but ready to hit the road running today.
In terms of my studies, a few stresses here and there. Submitted my draft paper to my supervisors - the worst part is the feedback - never a dull moment with my supervisors.

The weather cooled yesterday and is much cooler already today. Whew!
A couple tasks to do and a masterclass to attend today. Should be fun.

No plans for the day going to do a bit of gardening and also watch the Queens procession and then pop to Dunelm grab a couple of curtain poles (and pay of course LOL)
Wow just seen the brother of my friend on the TV in the crowd awaiting for the Queens procession such a shock to see someone you know there.

Been and had covid booster Jab this is the 5th time now received a jab in the arm
Just barely scraping into a good morning here - May well be afternoon by the time I finish.
Took the dog to the vets for a Thyroid check up…meds need to be increased, and also antibiotics given for an eye infection. Poor old puppy, everything goes wrong when you get old.
Anyway, back home fed and watered, so going into the garden to potter about while the sun lasts.
