Good morning Wednesday 12th Jan

Good morning all, nice and bright here after a chilly start but looks like being a nice day weatherwise… :sunglasses:

No great plans for the day, maybe just comb the dogs through and I’ve a blueberry cheesecake to make for my mum’s visit tomorrow for lunch.

Have a pleasant day everyone

Good morning Barry and all who follow

Dentists for me today…nuff said :frowning:

Have a good day everyone

Good morning all :slightly_smiling_face: brrr…. a foggy, frosty start to the day, temperature reading -1°C.

Keep warm folks…. :slightly_smiling_face:

Good morning!

It’s dull & miserable here
I’ll catch up on some tidying then try to finish some sewing that I started doing days ago

Good morning everyone!

First say at work yesterday went well, albeit a bit nerve wracking. Off today, but I have a busy day…a possible house move on the immediate horizon :scream:

Otherwise dull and cloudy, but dry at least.

Have a lovely day everybody

Warm, wet, humid and overcast weather. It only got up into mid 20s after 21 overnight but the humidity is getting tiresome. Bucketed down after my son left. I think it has actually rained on more days this year than it hasn’t rained.

My son, dog and family left this arvo after helping me with a couple of jobs that I could not do by myself.

On the bright side I opened a box of Roses choccies

Good morning everybody.

Today I’m meeting my friend Chris for a walk but I want to avoid a lot of sludge so I think we’ll go to Shipley Country park where they have defined paths. We have a 2 mile walk through the park to Shipley Garden Centre - have a look round there & lunch in their cafeteria. Then a 2 mile walk back.

Ady is taking Tony out for the day so I don’t have to worry about leaving him. It looks a bit frosty outside so I’ll be sorting out my thermals!

Have a good day all…

Morning all

In work at the moment but finishing at 11.45pm. Taking Dad his Wednesday fish for his lunch and we’ll bring the world to rights like always.

He pulled a muscle in his thigh last week so I’ve been worrying about him as I worried it was sciatica as he was in a lot of pain on the first day. It’s eased a lot so I reckon he pulled a muscle getting out of bed that morning. He managed a walk yesterday first time in a week.

Walk Loki then meeting a friend for a Costa Coffee and chin wag at tea time,

That’s about all in my day today so I can chill after tea.

Have a good one all…good luck at the dreaded dentist Summer, I’d like to say I’ll go for you but I’d be lying LOL.

Hi

Cold here, the lawn is still white.

Far too cold to go out so inside stuff again.

It is amazing how much stuff I have to get rid of.

So far we have found 11 timer sockets, 5 aquarium heaters and 4 filters, some of them very big external filters.

I am somewhat of a hoarder.

Afternoon folks.

I was running late this morning, so Holly went to her daycarer half hour later than planned. But I managed to catch a decently early bus to Great Yarmouth, did a good amount of shopping and browsing, and was back home indoors by 3. That is with a 50 minute each way journey. And a little walk from my home to the main road.

Shall do beggar all this evening, watching telly and read my library book.

It’s been a gorgeous day here on the south coast like early spring.
My daffs are looking promising.
On my earlyish ( I think that’s a new word) walk this morning I saw aircraft carrier Prince of Wales out at sea.

It must be warmer down ther .
It cold as charity in Wiltshire.

What an interesting expression!
