Going into Gorleston this morning, need to buy a few things food etc.

Good Morning/Afternoon everyone.
I don’t like today very much - so far!
It is moist, muggy, and gloomy out there.
Have requests from neighbours for two lemon drizzle cakes and a quiche lorraine so, naturally, today is the day when the food processor won’t work! Snooks to that - I will beat butter and sugar by hand - and pretend it is the heart and brains of whomever invented food processors.
The internet is on the fritz - again. Keeps telling me I am not connected when, clearly, I am or I wouldn’t be in here! … er … I am in here - aren’t I ??
Techno Cat is in a mood.
The toaster has just cremated two crumpets and my Oxford Marmalade, which was perfectly fine yesterday, is wearing a fur coat today.

Wet and cool. What happened to summer? Disappeared within 2 days!!
Going to do a bit more prep work in a certain house…hopefully in better circumstances!! My daughter was round there last night and will have made an appropriate suggestion.
Not much else planned, but have got a tutorial this evening.
Not your day is it Tabs, things can only get better, as they say.

Morning all, just popped home for some lunch and then I have to pick up some timber and screws for some finishing off jobs at my daughter’s house.
Hopefully my Mum will be allowed home from hospital this afternoon so will visit her tomorrow when she has settled back in, happy days…

Today has been a very difficult day as it was the funeral of my Sister and I felt so sorry for my Dad it was so hard for him.
My Dad seems to be fading fast since my Sister died and I’m terribly worried. He’s so frail and his remaining eyesight in his good eye is deteriorating fast too.
Tomorrow is a new day so I do hope it’s a better one.
Barry so glad to hear your mum came put of hospita.
