Good morning all from Lake Benanee, no phone reception, no Internet but thanks to the miracle of Elon Musk’s Starlink. here I am.
Just been driving so far today, stopped for fuel in Balranald and another rest stop to make tea, though now we are set up here for the night I expect we will chat about shoes and ships and sealing wax and cook a meal.

It’s blowing a gale and absolutely chucking it down with rain, a day for a lie in and snuggling up at home, I have a hospital appointment at noon so at least I’ll get the lie in

A quick one today. Nothing exciting going on, wife is insisting on doing house chores and it’s pouring with rain outside. So options are limited today. Just about to have my morning coffee, so something may present itself later.

Sounds like most of the country is under a rain cloud today - here is a misty drizzle (i call it mizzle) but at least we have mild temperatures.
Just had a couple of texts to remind me of upcoming appointments - one for the dentist tomorrow, and the other to confirm my cataract surgery week after next (as if i could forget as i’ve thought of nothing else for the last two weeks! 
)
Anyway got to be done, i’ve waited long enough.
Have some donations to drop off to a couple of local charity shops, so will be visiting some others as well in search of something rare and exciting.
