Morning all. Still not nice weather wise.
Was out in the alley at 7am, getting my recycling bin out. Still feels a bit chilly.
I have the cafe meet this morning, then later will do some baking. Hoping to make a minted lamb pie. Ready made pastry, but hey…
Then goodness knows what I will get up.

Poor Tony has been coughing all night though - he’s well & truly got it.
My broken elbow is healing well so I think I’m on the up.

The weather is cold, wet, and grey
I’m still not 100% but a bit better than the past two days, with only a bit of a sniffle
So I’ll get myself together, Man, this morning, and hopefully do some shopping this afternoon
And that’s about the sum total of my ambitions for today - exciting isn’t it?

I’ve got a few odd jobs to do in the workshop but I’ve been putting them off, it’s been too damned cold out there!

Its pouring here as well, but fairly mild. Waiting in for a delivery so I’ll potter about doing chores until that arrives, then put my wellies on to go for a walk, I think.

Another warm sunny day (but it all ends tomorrow.)
Strolled down to the Xray place at the end of my street for a chest Xray, in and out in 20 minutes so I went straight off for my walk.
My middle son rang me from his ship in Sydney Harbour to say he would be home soon and invite me down for Easter.
I drove to Bunnings to buy a couple of electric timers and ended up also buying a couple of garden ornaments (a Galah and a Sulfur Crest) if I remember I will put a pic in tomorrow.

Paula is painting the fences with her sprayer, I am going to try to get some sleep, had a very difficult night.
Bloody great, BOM has just released a severe weather warning for tomorrow and Thursday.

We’ve got it milder here too Barry, at least until Thursday when it is forecast to be back to the frosty nights again! The poor plants and insects won’t know if they are coming or going this spring!
Washing done, must take advantage of the breezy sunshine ey.
I am waiting for someome to come and collect a parcel for me, and once they’ve been I will get meself off to the post office, then on to Asda for a few bits.
After that, if the weather is still reasonable, I want to get some gardening done.
