Morning all!
The change in the weather got to me. I was literally ‘under the weather’ yesterday. Every year, the weather changes quickly on one day. I was prepared for it but my body isn’t adjusting that quickly. Hopefully soon.
I’ll have to see if my body catches up today. The rest of it is going ok. The cold sore is gone. The side pain is almost gone. I just need to adjust to the weather and a slight shift to my sleep schedule.

Good Morning All.
A dry day forecast.
Yesterday was hectic, a surprise visit to the Infant and Junior School behind my house, the Police Helicopter and some Police Cars.
The helicopter landed right behind my garden.
The children thought it was great and they were very noisy long after it had gone, running round making siren noises.
The last of the trees in my garden was cut down as well, such a vast improvement in light.
It was right up against the fence between me and the school playing field.
The littlies were fascinated by the chain saw and kept asking if they could have a go.
I am suffering today, the District Nurse came in the afternoon to give me an injection, these ones are known to produce a reaction and it did.
My left shoulder is hurting and not working properly.
I need another 5, 3 a week for two weeks, and then another test.
Today I am cooking a complicated bean and pulse curry from scratch, to be tasted by the Indian Ladies and scored as to how much I have learned from them.
That is the scary bit.

Dull & drizzly
I forgot my wallet when I had my dental check up yesterday, so I’m going into town soon to pay them, and do a couple of other errands
Nothing much else planned for the rest of the day, probably just tidying & pottering
EDIT – it’s about an hour later, and the weather has changed - dark clouds, colder, and heavy rain
morning all , I had Flu and covid jabs yesterday , and i had an awful night , with pain in both arms, I was so restless , and thirsty . drank loads .Im lingering in bed longer to get rested .

I decided to have my jab separately this year after my sister suffered after having both jabs together .
I wonder if it’s the flu jab that’s behind it hmmm .
I had the flu jab last week my arm still isn’t 100%
Morning all.
Spoke to my sister in law yesterday, before she handed the phone to my brother, and they both had the flu and Covid jabs just one or two days apart, and she said Friday she was in bed in agony, couldn’t move. Reckoned she was only just recovering by yesterday. A lesson learned there, wait longer inbetween the jabs.
Cafe meet this morning but likely to be very quiet. Most of the ladies are busy.
