Good morning Tuesday 26th Oct

Good morning everyone, mild here and a dry day ahead they say…

I’ll be attempting to bake some bread this morning to have with our moussaka for lunch, and this afternoon I really must comb the dogs through and clip their claws, not my favourite job but needs must I guess…

Here’s hoping you are all well and that you have a pleasant day

Good morning everyone! The rain is teeming down once more, and more painting to be done. Feeling like Groundhog day :joy: Hermes cancelled a delivery due to it being stuck down south somewhere, then claimed it had been delivered twice! Looks like refund time and no stuff  Ah well, have a lovely day everybody!

Good morning all,

Grey, grey and grey here, and that’s the Sky, not my hair :woman_white_haired: wish I was a bear and could hibernate until Spring. But wake me up for Christmas!

Do you make your own moussaka, Barry? I made a batch to freeze at the week-end, it’s our favourite

Have a great day everyone xxx

Good morning all, dull, grey and drizzling today. Oh well, I don’t have to be anywhere except at home!

I’m hoping the swimsuit I ordered for my 6 year old granddaughter will arrive in time for her first swimming lesson today. If not, she’ll have to manage with the one she’s got which is a little too small. I ordered one which arrived yesterday, in a size 7-8, and it was too small - so tight lengthwise that the straps were hurting her shoulders. So I’ve had to order the next size, 9-10 years. I mean, honestly, for a 6 year old? Yes, she is a bit tall for her age, but not markedly so - there are several her height or taller in her class.

Should really be going shopping today, but may put it off, because I’m still struggling with my knee, which has been playing me up now for over a week.

Have a good day everyone

Yes @Maree and today’s will be a portion from the freezer, we batch cook most things and freeze the extra, such a useful thing to do and so economical too…:+1:

Good morning everyone :slightly_smiling_face: damp and grey.

I am tired this morning, for some reason Chloe decided she needed to go out at 12:30 last night so I had to get out of bed, dress and take her for a walk again. When I went back to bed I couldn’t sleep , I just lay listening to Chloe snoring :icon_rolleyes:

Lots to do today including framing a print for my bedroom and cleaning the oven
Enjoy your day :slightly_smiling_face:

Yes, and so nice to just get something good out when you fancy it, with no cooking

That looks good Barry.

Morning all.

Holly wanted the garden last night, but I didn’t check the time. If I do that then I lay awake worrying about how late/early it is. Then overslept till 8.40, so as I have the coffee group meet from 11, I am in a rush.

Err, that’s Maree’s Susie… :yum:

Here’s mine, made about six weeks ago, not much left now though…

Oops sorry, both Maree and Barry’s look very tasty.

Oops sorry.

That’s odd Meg my cousin lives in Malvern and said his neighbours dogs were barking just after midnight and he looked out the window and saw him walking them. Maybe something happened in Malvern area LOL

@Kazz Hi Kazz :slightly_smiling_face: , I must say it was the perfect moonlit night for a late walk.
Chloe did want to ‘go’ though so it was not a wasted trip and as long as she is happy I am.

@Meg Having spoken by text to my cousin his neighbour said exactly the same lovely night for a dog walk.
