A very late good morning everyone. Looks like another lovely day.
My brother and sister in law are calling in to see us later today, down from Essex and touring the area in their motor home. Will go out for a meal with them this evening, and then they’ll be off home tomorrow. Haven’t seen them for nearly 2 years, so it’ll be really lovely to see them both.

I am off to the dentist shortly to have 2 lost filling replaced by a man in a space suit.

Just hoping my new medication doesn’t play up, nausea and having fillings don’t go well together.
I have been preparing for a visit from my big brother who was traveling down to to collect some fruit from the fruit farm and calling here at the same time. He is not coming now because calling here means staying overnight somewhere and at 84 he is sudden aware how easily C19 is spread after a friend caught it, my brother should have met up with the friend but was running late so he missed him . Later that day the friend tested positive for C19

Good morning.
Washing on the line a miffed dog pacing we usually go out in the car early morning she has a run and we walk somewhere/bit shopping/coffee etc but today my car was collected for MOT and cam belt change so she is out of sorts with just a normal walk.
Plan on continuing my efforts to clean the downstairs windows and frames; back ones done just the back door to do then onto the front but of course over the way having work on front garden done so will wait till they are finished. Need to think about my front big pot as well for autumn colour but will wait til I can pop daffs and tulips etc in first
Haven’t been out all day. It rained 27mm overnight and has rained most of the day as an East Coast Low forms off the coast. Naturally it has been cold as well after yesterdays 26’ it only made 16’ today.
Tomorrow will be cold too as the rain eases but then it should start to warm up again.
