I had been hoping for a day of rest. I didn’t get it. My neighbor must have taken off for the day (or the week?!). He was pounding and drilling and sawing something. When he was sawing, there were people cheering like it was a sporting event when he sawed through something.
It was a bit windy on Sunday, but it settled down by Monday.
I’m really hoping he didn’t take off for the week. Or it will be a really long week. My hope is that he’ll be quiet enough for me to catch up on sleep and for me to recuperate some.
I have someone calling round early dart to quote for a new garden gate. I was awake at 6 so got up. Had a mountain of washing up to do so that’s outa the way.

No, I haven’t miraculously been able to see a doctor, this is a regular diabetic & general review, so they have arranged the appointment with the DSN = Diabetes Specialist Nurse.
