Good morning Tuesday 22 March

Good morning everyone.

That’s a lot to say Janet?

Good morning all, nice and sunny here.
Hope you are enjoying yourself Janet.

I ache all over today, must rest up a bit.

Have a nice day all.

I am enjoying some beautiful weather for my London visit. I have two coats in the car and doubt I will use either of them. Yesterday was just glorious, up in central London.

Taking the train a few stops to the top of the high street, will have a walk down, I want the International supermarket which I used to shop at, for some cheap veg (kohl rabies in particular), then if closer to lunchtime, I can catch a bus to where the pie and mash shop is, then a bus to where my old flat is, to start seeing ex neighbours and pop to the allotment. I hope all goes to plan.

I can’t write any more if on the iPad, when starting a thread, as the text box shrinks so I can’t see what I am inputting.

ok, have a nice time, wish I was having pie and mash.

@Jazzi you are having such a great time on hols, but its still only Tuesday, not Friday. Hope you don’t mind me changing it!

Morning everyone! A lovely sunny day here, but still misty. Might go out for a bit, then after lunch I’ll do some admin.

Have a nice day everybody!

Good morning!

It’s a nice, bright, clear, sunny morning
Tai Chi session this morning, then I’ll see what the rest of the day brings

Hi

Good Morning All.

A mild, sunny start to the day.

Paula will be loading up loads of garden waste to take to the tip and then starting to dismantle the damaged polytunnel.

It is being repurposed as cloches.

have a good day all.

Sunny and warm 30°, messed about in the garden. The ground is still saturated.

Have a good one

Morning all, another beautiful day promised here, and all I want to do is crawl into bed. Really not feeling great today, headachy with cold symptoms and just tired all the time. I really hope it’s not Covid, but wouldn’t be surprised as my daughter has it, and I spend a lot of time with her. She’s got a raging sore throat and cough, having a hard time with breathing and can hardly talk. I feel so sorry for her.

Thankfully her little 6 year old is being so good, taking herself off to bed, and getting herself ready for school each morning with no complaints. Then again, she’s not forgotten how ill she was when she had it in November, so she’s very sympathetic and understanding.

Have a good day folks - I’ll try to!!

Good morning everyone, quite overcast here at the moment but no frost last night, so you can’t have everything I guess.

Nothing much planned here, just a run down to Asda for a few bits and then a trip to the tip with garden waste after lunch.

Have a pleasant day folks

Good morning everyone  looks like it is going to be a lovely day .
I hope to mow the lawns when the grass dries. I have a stiff neck to add to my bad back but won’t let that stop me getting on with things.

Chloe needs a tidy up too. Always plenty to do…

Goodness, did I put Friday?! Thanks. Ooops.

I take it the flooding has subsided but left an awful mess to clean up ?

Oh! morning all, that peck of March dust really is worth a kings ransom, tis beautiful out there with dry walks for Alf in the woods. Enjoy.

Morning all.
It’s supposed to reach 20 degs. today apparently. Bit early for those sort of temperatures I’d have thought? Hope we’re not going to get those really suffocating heatwave days this summer.

Right, I’ve had me moan, so best get ready for my visit to the chiropractor now.
Toodle pip. :raised_hand:

Just worked out my Mum would have been 99 today if spared .

Good morning all :slightly_smiling_face: a beautiful day!

I was supposed to be going to the dentist this morning for a tooth extraction but received a phone call yesterday cancelling it. Appointment now at the end of this month.

Will be pottering in the garden later.

Enjoy your day folks…. :slightly_smiling_face:

Slept like a log last night - only woke up twice to go to the loo :mini: Finished mowing our lawn this morning.

Largely but flash floods might reoccur over the next week including Sydney and the Northern Rivers area. Any rain can cause localised flooding because the ground is so saturated.

La Nina is predicted to last at least another month.
