Good morning Tuesday 22 February

Good morning all.

Morning Janet.

I was in so much pain last night, that I was in bed at 6.30pm.

Got the Nurse coming today to change my dressing.

Are you going to Norwich today?

Have a nice day all.

Changed my plans for today, not going to Norwich, cancelled dog care.

Might take a leaf out of LQ’s book and do some cleaning. Or I might have a lie down till the urge passes,:grin:

Don’t need shopping. Could go to the library, as I have 3 read books to return, but actually don’t fancy being out in wet weather.

Ooh roll on spring!

No Susie, before our row sis and I had decided against it. Not going to be nice, weather wise. I will go alone another time.

What happened to the rest of the week, Friday really?

Good morning all :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes: it’s looking gloomy out and rain is forecast later.

Going into town this morning as MrMags and I both have eye check appointments.

Another ‘special’ date today of all the 2’s - 22.2.22. :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

Enjoy your day folks….

Haha, I didn’t even spot that! But I’ve changed it now.

Morning all,
The weather is not particularly inspiring this morning, although it’s not actually raining, so that’s a plus,

We may take our daughter and granddaughter out somewhere today - she doesn’t drive, so is limited to where she can go in half term, and it doesn’t help that the bus services have been so drastically cut due to ‘shortage of resources’ whatever that means - have the buses all fallen apart? Have the staff really all found jobs elsewhere? I doubt it!

Have a nice day everyone

Hi

Good Morning All.

The worst floods ever later today, the two main bridges into town are pedestrian only, no vehicles allowed, the third bridge can only take cars and vans.

Yet another stay in day, but at least Paula is bringing Millie today, and six year olds are always entertaining.

All good fun.

Morning all.

Cloudy and a bit of a breeze here in Bristol.
Going to sort the pots that my spring bulbs in (they live down the bottom of the garden once they’ve gone over) as they are starting to come to flower.
Still need to fix my fence, but I need my helper for that. It’s a two man job (maybe should be one man, one woman job :grinning:)

Good morning everyone, sunshine here and a stiff breeze, but if that’s as bad as it gets today then I’ve no complaints.

I’m hoping to repair my greenhouse today if it’s not too windy, I’ve a few panes of glass to replace thanks to Eunice oh, and I’ll be making lasagne for lunch.

Enjoy your day folks

Phoned allotment friend yesterday, as I’d noticed some posts and photos on its Facebook page. Some sheds had been relocated, ending up on other people’s plots! She also said some had lost roofs of various sheds, or structures.

Good morning all you early birds.

Calmer today at long last, although more rain forecast for later.
I am going to try and have an easy day as had a rotten stressful one yesterday. Just some ironing and housework will suit me today.

I hadn’t noticed that about the date, Mags. Hope it means a good luck day.

Good Morning from Foxy’s world… :039:
Well spotted with the date Mags… :+1:
It sounds very industrious on the forum today, it’s making me feel quite inadequate…
Just my usual walk today, no jogging! I think I overdid it yesterday trying to jog against the wind. Sunny spells and showers forecast with a blustery north western. We have just had one of the showers so I think I’ll get out while it’s calmed down a bit. Still quite warm 10 * C so it’s shorts this morning…

Morning currently waiting on someone to pick the phone up, I’m trying to alter my insurance details for the new one next Tuesday, go on line it says save on the admin fee, can’t its not registered yet !! still its all inclusive minutes on my mobile contract. Enjoy.

Hi

Well they got the flooding wrong, 3 inches lower than the record in the Town.

A lovely sunny day now.

These things are sent to try us, Caricature. :grinning:

Yup it’s Twosday :grinning:

One thing we did find out while we were in Japan . Did you know all adult Japanese men had the same size feet !!!

Back from the Optician, both of us had no change from last year so no expense on change of lens. :slightly_smiling_face:

Also managed to book a date with my Audiologist for March.

Pleased to see the majority of the people in town were wearing masks.

Mups, how is your painful ear today?
