Been catching up on more sleep. The cooler weather has been nice sleeping weather.
Yesterday turned into self care day. I looked up a bunch of free meditation apps to check them out.
I’m hoping to tend to an email today but I’ll have to see how the day goes. The weather, which I haven’t checked yet, might have an impact on that.

The rain as been lashing down, and my heating came on waking me at 5am,its jumper weather …
I be off to take a hot drink now and the wind be blowing , I be having a wild hair day .

It be cold oop these ‘Ere parts. I am shivering me timbers, specially on dog walk, but now contemplating a lie down. This Ere virus is getting me down.
A bit wet but we still went in the rain. Now we have the guys for servicing the boiler. And not a lot else…
