Good Morning Tuesday 19th December 2023

Morning all!

I felt off-kilter yesterday but managed to get a couple things done. I paid a bill and tried out my new laptop. Streaming services works fine.

I received a message from a teacher on my meditation app after I asked a question in one of the lessons in the app. Super nice answer. I was excited.

I’ll have to see how I’m doing later to make any plans.

Have a good day everyone.

Good morning!
Cloudy, dull, and damp, but not too cold

Tai Chi this morning, then just general tidying & pottering in the afternoon

Morning all.

Festive lunch at the cafe today, afternoon tea and prosecco. Looking forward to it.

Raining.

Good Morning from Foxy’s World… :sunglasses:
Strange morning. A sultry 10 degrees C at 7:00am as I set off for my usual 3 miles. Still dark, and not even a ripple on the surface of the water of the canal. Kind of uncanny for this time of the year. Even the birds were confused as I past bushes full of chattering sparrows and overhead were flocks of Geese chattering away to each other as they tried to make up their minds which way to go.
Felt a bit wobbly when I arrived home, must have been the surge of speed over that last half mile when I gave it all I had left. Shouldn’t really dig that deep… :018:
Had to turn out last night at 5:00pm to help a damsel in distress. Daughter had a flat tyre at the Lakeside Shopping park at the other end of the M18. Anyone will tell you not to use the M18 at five in the evening… :red_car: :taxi: :blue_car: :red_car: :taxi: :blue_car: :truck:
Anyway, after queueing for half an hour I managed to arrive at the scene but I couldn’t get all of the wheel nuts off…So I pumped up the flat tyre and told her to make a run for it…It was still inflated this morning, so I don’t know what went off there then… :017:
Apparently, garage bloke found a nail embedded in it… :+1:
Off for a late shower now and a run out to Tesco for a tin of soup for lunch…
:yum:

Hi ho ! My wife and sister have gone to the mall for shopping - such a delight. I’ll have to fend for myself and the dog for lunch. Now, let me see…

Spare that dog

Actually, the dog gets a half biscuit - my wife bakes them so that there are artificial items.
