Morning all, cold and windy here, already got my washing out on the line.
I try and avoid Doctors as much as possible, ours are useless, they have never cured me for anything.

Cafe meet this morning. No other plans, unless I do a Tesco run afterwards. Will soon need more bread (they do a small 50/50), milk and peach and apricot cereal.

The Boiler got serviced yesterday, alls well, I have a reliable trust worthy Gas man and told him so . .
Ive no plans for today , just potter about .

Anyway, felt a bit rickerty on my morning walk along the canal towpath this morning. Big toe and knee playing me up again. These new meds I’m on take a bit of time to work, or so I’ve been told. Nice sunrise but colder than a witches breast. I bet the bloke who was asleep in his car on the lane was cold. It looks like he’d been there all night. That’s the second time I’ve seen him there. Must have had a spat with his missus and she’s chucked him out…
