Good morning to one and all on this warm Thursday.
I was woken several times during the night by the wind which according to BOM was gusting up to 98kmh. As the wind was from the North West it just stirred up the atmosphere so the overnight temperature only dropped to 24° before heading up into the 30s today. very little wind now, I love spring!
Just returned from my Seniors meeting where the council sound system packed it in so it was a fairly short meeting involving a lot of shouting. Next job writing up the minutes.
On the way home called into the Post Office to pick up a couple of new routers.
Decided to bite the bullet and replace the existing ones as they are well over a decade old and wifi has changed since then. It was hard getting ones with ethernet ports - these are not very expensive but they will do. I hope they last another decade. Anyway that’s the job for this arvo!
Morning Bruce and all who follow .
Still early and very quiet, just getting light outside and the tide is fully out exposing the rocky shore.
Abit of a wind blowing and a couple of people exercising along the 2 mile long prommenade, there will be lots of runners and walkers taking advantage in a short while. I wish I was still one of them…
Thanks Swim, I’ve seen the odd seal here before while walking around the Orme on the toll road. I’ll go and have a look unless Mrs Fox has other ideas.
Good morning - I’m about 30 miles from the south coast so the sunny start covers here as well. Nothing happening other than a visit to the hospital this afternoon. The bus trip back from there was slow yesterday. So much traffic congestion around the hospital at certain times of day. Still better than taking the car though.
