Good morning all, it is a glorious sunny day with temperatures in the high 20s or low 30s.
No walk for me this morning because of the seniors’ meeting but I have already finished the minutes etc
I think my fall yesterday has affected me a little bit more than I thought, today I have two sore knees, a sore wrist and a bad back so a morning walk tomorrow might be off the agenda too, just as a precaution.
Apart from that all is well, bin day tomorrow morning but I have to drag the green bin round the back to load up some weeds I pulled up earlier in the week.

Just come back from my daily walk and check up on the swans in the waterway. I’m not sure if they have laid any eggs, as I couldn’t see any from where I was standing. Usually the Canada geese would be nest building somewhere and laying by this time, but they were no where to be seen.
Anyways, nothing too dramatic going on here, run the wife up to the gym, a few chores and that’s about it for the day. Maybe the possibility of a little shopping later or even a stroll along the seafront later.
The old gas fire was successfully removed and the new electric fire installed yesterday. The new fire looks very good – the installers tidied up and took away the old fire and all the packaging – even moved the bookcase back into place for me!
The cleaning lady arrived – very bright and chatty. We came to an agreement and she will hopefully start in the afternoon of Monday 20th, she will come every two weeks, alternating with my gardener!
Plans for today is to meet up with the usual group for coffee followed by grocery shopping

Funny thing is I had a similar demand a couple of days ago purporting to come from my own email address claiming that I would lose access to that account and several others unless I paid them bitcoin. It is all rubbish. I wish I had saved the email now but I just deleted it

Initial Arrest (2022-2023):Sebastien Raoult (“Sezyo Kaizen”), a French member of the group, was arrested in Morocco in 2022 and extradited to the U.S., where he was sentenced to three years in prison and ordered to pay $5 million in restitution
