Morning all!
Got several frustrating tasks done yesterday. More to go but I’m making progress.
Neighbors are starting to make rumbly yelling noises but thankfully no loud music outside yet.
Would be great to get a couple more tasks done today but I’ll have to see how it goes. I didn’t get the most sleep last night so I might be tired.

There’s been overnight rain with more on the way this afternoon.
Just a week before I’m off to the Cotswolds and Welsh borders I’m thinking new waterproofs 
Forest walk then pub lunch with a neighbour.

And that’s how I feel as well
I had thought of going into town to get a bank mini statement and a bit of shopping but it’s not urgent, so I’ll probably stay in and see how I feel later
Or better still, have a cup of tea and go back to bed

Don’t laugh people but today I’m going to try and bake an Easter cake…baking is not my strong point but I have been shamed into it by my 5yr old grandson who is bringing some buns he’s baked to a family meal here on Sunday…he suggested I bake a cake so should be fun…not
Raining cold and miserable here…but its supposed to brighten for the weekend…here’s hoping

more rain during the night taking Pippin out at the moment means trudging through the ankle deep mud.
I had a scary experience yesterday, skirting around the ewes and lambs one large ewe decided she was going to head butt us. I walk with a stick these days and poked the ewe but she continued to attack a number of times and I felt really shaken, my balance is bad and I fall easily .If she had butted Pip she could have been hurt. Thank goodness for my stick.
I have solved the issue of Pip’s urine patches on the lawn, I go out with her , mark ‘the spot’ with a plastic disk I made then immediately soak with a can of water. The lawn is looking green again .
