A restful quiet day. Spent some time looking for a new show to watch. The weather was beautifully cool.

Disturbed minutes before 6am, kids next door had got up and started running about. Can’t wait for their little holiday next week! Bliss.
Meeting my little sis this morning in town. We will stop for a cuppa somewhere and have a chat.
Nothing else planned. Too much rain here, and cold and windy. I have so much still to do on the allotment: weeding, preparing buckets for growing herbs, getting the little greenhouse together. I’ve mislaid the instructions so had to look online and take photos on my phone. Then refer to them when I’m ready.

Had a nice day at the Theatre , a murder mystery …The murderer got murdered by the intended victim…
went and got my eyes tested after and ordered new glasses so im £300+ lighter in the purse .
Also had my hearing tested while there it was free so why not , I thought i was deaf as a door nail . I said I can hardly hear it , she said it suppose to be quite . Well Im not hearing the high pitch notes they said , Thats ok I said I can live with that .
When I came out there was a Tropical down pour and a river was running ,I had my Brolly which i was thankful for ,hadnt far to walk to the bus shelter, 10 minutes to wait for the bus , when i arrived back in my little village I gave my son a call to pick me up , its a mile back to my Bungalow . He had been doggie sitting , which I was thankful for .
Today im having a sort of relaxing day .

So I won’t be doing much today, though I might get out for a stroll round the park, which is next to my flat
I think a couple or three days rest and I’ll be OK

My latest charges, Oksana and daughter Tatyana from Ukraine, had me in stitches over breakfast 
What is this ‘‘foot sucking mean for a blubber’’? Well, after I regained my composure I explained in their mother tongue about putting one’s foot in it LOL
They are a sheer joy to share my home with and hopefully they feel the same and with the same hope they can recover from loosing husband/father and son/brother to that bastard Putin - I wish someone would shoot the warmonger!

Good Morning from Foxy’s world… 
A bit windy out on the bike this morning and it seemed to be coming from all directions and not much help at all. In fact, It was a hard slog and produced a slow time…There seemed to be more traffic than usual, and while riding down a very narrow section, a bloody great lorry came in the opposite direction driving through deep puddles and splashing water everywhere. There was nothing for it than to park on the verge until Max Verstappen (the driver) came past. At least I got a wave…
Incedentley, the tap job went well. It turned out there was a ball valve under the sink, so I didn’t have to turn the water off all over the house. Took it to bits and a bit of descaler and It’s finally stopped dripping.
Down to Greggs for a sandwich for lunch soon and a bit of people watching…
