Just as SilverTabby stated, someone who eats fish but not poultry or red meat. Here’s another one for you Lacto-ovo vegetarian will consume eggs, cheese, yoghurt and drink milk.

So what is someone called who eats fish, meat, veg, dairy - in fact anything?
