Morning all…
I wanted to go for my daily walk, but was beaten back by sudden rain and had to come back. May decide to go later.
Today’s offerings include running the wife to the gym, carry on clearing some brambles and getting them to the local tip and going through my savings for the month to see how small my piggy bank has shrunk by, having paid out a fortune for car servicing, tax, mot and insurance, plus all the other odds-and-ends I’ve forked out for last month.
My misfortunes with a photo album I ordered continue, as the idiots who messed it up refuse to respond to me and the second company I ordered it from has said there will be a delay in delivery, as I wanted to present it this weekend. So that’s not going to happen. 
At some point, I’m going to have to message the wedding couple and tell them they can’t have their pictures just yet, even through they were married just over a month ago. This was all supposed to happen last week.
Anyways, time for my coffee-fix. Take care all…

Morning all – sunny start to the day, although a bit breezy!
Local radio presenter going wild about England winning their football match last night – suggesting Starmer should declare a public holiday for the day after the next game as it doesn’t start until 1.00 am our time!
I don’t really understand football – 22 men chasing a ball around a field and when they do get it they kick it away! 
Still not feeling too well so will put off the journey into town and just do some grocery shopping then take it easy for the rest of the day.

Gorgeous blue sky here in the midlands this morning, but a breezy 21 degrees - very nice.
Hospital appointment in a few hours, should take 45 minutes or so - double that if roadworks along the way which seems to be happening too often these days.
Never mind, i’ll stop moaning now, and hope everyone has a good day!

Okay, so the next mini heatwave has arrived, so far it feels rather acceptable and not too in my face!
Resolved a camera issue a couple of days ago. Vintage Canon’s can be a bit stroppy and temperamental.
The merest hint of dust lingering between electrical contacts, all blown away with a puff of compressed air!
Cooking a hefty old London dinner tonight for us both, one like my nan used to make!
