Hello CH. Boiler. Wake up. You have a lot to answer for. Always assuming. A defrosted finger, can remember which button 2 push.

Happy Thanksgiving to all US forumers!

We don’t celebrate Thanksgiving but we do have Black Friday Sales (which I think are related). These sales are very handy in the lead up to Christmas. I doubt they will ever replace in scale the Boxing Day sales, because the latter go on longer, but they are definitely here to stay.

Anyway I hope thanksgiving went off well for you.

Enjoyed your photo, the trees made me feel cold, don’t get deciduous trees in my area though there are a few exotic ones up on the Southern Highlands.

Happy Thanksgiving Surfermom… :hugs:
You were right about that hot sauce …
Sorry Chilli, a bit too hot for me. I stirred a smidgen into my Fusilli and it blew my head orf…
I think I’ll stick to the sweet chilli sauce and use the hot stuff to clean the oil off some engine components…

I understand @OldGreyFox, I’ve never been one for hot chilli sauces, my taste buds must be over sensitive, I just can’t handle that hotness!! :face_with_spiral_eyes:.
Maybe just a dash of hot chilli powder or a tiny piece of crushed chilli in a simple spaghetti sauce aglio e olio - meaning with extra virgin oil, crushed garlic, anchovies, black olives and capers., but just a little dash.

We don’t have Thanksgiving either but we’ve somehow imported Black Friday Sales which are practically on throughout the whole month of November , just like we’ve imported Halloween too.

Aww well! You gave it a go Foxy
If you get any annoying out of tune carol singers this Christmas just administer a liberal squirt into their hot chocolate, that’ll raise their pitch :face_with_hand_over_mouth: :notes:

I had a look Liz, seems superb as do some of their other products. The downer is that it’d be horribly expensive to obtain over here. My bank account would need some serious working out and bulking up to afford it! :sob:

Awe man, sorry about that. I didn’t think about that. Shipping fees are so high. Korea is $30 USD! Nuts

Do you still watch horror movies? I tend to watch them and thrillers mostly.

I do but nowhere near as much as I used too

I think as we get older we have a greater awareness of our own mortality which can make these films feel a bit morbid.
What type of horror films do you like Liz?

I couldn’t agree more!

This one has to be one of my all time favourites, Barbara Shelley plays a large part, she can feel that something dreadful is going to happen when others can’t.

Anyway, less of the levity and good cheer, I’m off to bed soon!!! :astonished::new_moon_with_face::bat:

Remember Dark Shadows?

I’m afraid I missed that one entirely Liz!
Coincidentally my son is off to a Tim Burton exhibition next week as he’s studying art and design. I might suggest that we order the DVD as something to watch over Christmas :christmas_tree:
