Good morning everyone on OFC, It is a warm but overcast Christmas Day.
Sorry about the early post for those of you for whom it is still yesterday but the world moves on
There was one present to open from my son in Darwin - I have a new Darwin hat
I am waiting for my daughter to pick me up to take me to the Christmas celebrations at her parents in law and I expect it will be very late before I get home again and I wanted to wish you all:
Merry Christmas
I hope you all have a wonderful day with lots of fun and presents.
I have been out for my walk very early this morning and am wearing (as instructed) my Christmas shirt. I have bags ready to load in the Christmas “things”, I guess the most important being the Potato Salad and the Chris Kringle present. I also have a box of “Luxury” Crackers left from last year.
The present is amazing, a heavily decorated drinks glass with a hemisphere on the bottom so it won’t stand up level and looks as though it is literally rolling drunk.
Hello and Merry Christmas to you all.
It’s very hot today.
I woke up this morning and sent Christmas greeting cards to friends across different platforms.
This evening, I plan to go out for dinner with my family.
Wishing everyone a wonderful day with your loved ones.
A very good morning and Merry Christmas to the morning crowd…
Presents this year will make me fat and alcoholic, but at least I’ll smell nice…
Did my morning walk/run and wished everyone I met a Merry Christmas.
As I was walking along the canal towpath I noticed a bloke walking in the opposite direction and something in the water…
Going out for Christmas Dinner soon at a posh hotel, it cost an arm and a leg, but it saves Mrs Fox a whole lot of work cutting sprouts and mashing spuds…And guess who would get to do the washing up…
Family arrive later for tea and games…If I can stay awake…
Have a fantastic day and it will be business as usual tomorrow…
I’m looking forward to my Turkey, beans and chips with a pickled onion or two on the side after all of this posh nosh…
Good afternoon everyone, hoping you’re all spending a joyful, peaceful Christmas day.
I’m having a well-deserved rest at the moment, slouched on the sofa, watching George C Scott version of A Christmas Carol. Lovely movie.
@swimfeeders, your sole present sounds delightful, but I have just run across a video I made 10 years ago for a Belgian online friend (he spoke French, and only a little English).
It is about my own small 6 gallon aquarium, now gone, but thought you might be entertained by it.
We’ll just be chilling for the rest of the day, snacking and listening to some laid back music. Deffo not Joy Division tonight!
Boxing day is kind of more laid back I think.
Enjoy the rest of your evening people!
