Good Morning all you thoughtful, tried and true, Thursday tribe.
Today was forecast to be dry and warm so last night I set my washing machine to finish the laundry at 7 am in order to get it on the line before I took off for my Seniors meeting. I am getting the hang of my new machine it is actually very simple to use despite all the buttons and lights. Even better, without a spindle, I can just up end the laundry basket to fill it.
Will try to get the grass mowed this arvo because this rain and warmth makes the grass go mad and you can almost see it growing. Ho hum, house painting and mowing are two jobs I loath with a passion.
Still planning a few days away next week if the weather is fine.

Morning everyone - weather continues to be very wet with a promise of strong winds later (think I may hibernate for the next month!)
I went along to check out a club for “older people” this morning (attached to the Church), unfortunately because of the size of the hall they are only allowed 100 members and they already have 100 members! I have been invited to the next meeting as a “guest”.
Hope you manage to cut the grass Bruce, as for house painting can I suggest you follow my philosophy - GAMI (get a man in!)
