Pottering about this morning, including preparing ingredients for tonight’s tea
then going to Queen Street Mill, Burnley, in the afternoon
It is an old cotton mill that ceased commercial manufacture years ago, and has been preserved as a museum.
Dropping Holly off at the grooming parlour lunchtime, and I will shoot off to PaH and Morrisons. Might text her then and ask how much longer she will be, see if I have time to stop for a cuppa. Her time varies, depending if the other groomer beats her to the sink. She can be two hours, or just over an hour. At least they have their own table.
Might pop over to the allotment after feeding Holly, so from about 3.30. Put in another hour of weeding. Or…here’s an idea. I could go shortly.
Good morning all,
After RM have delivered my Parcel ,I shall go to town to collect another from Next …
I need a reason to go so didnt have that delivered .
Have a nice day
Good Morning from the Tour-de-Sykehouse…
Out on the road before 7:00am and with no breeze to speak of, almost equalled my best ever time over the flattish 16 mile course…I was on the edge for most of the ride and will probably pay for it during the rest of the day. Nothing much planned except delivering Mrs Fox to a pub for a knees up with her mates at lunchtime. Work on the light chaser is progressing nicely…
My sister popped round for a chat , we couldn’t sit in the garden,…what I thought were bees have turned waspy yes small wasps, .they will have to go .
It’s a shame but there’s too many of them zooming around.
Hope you’re enjoying the fabulous weather and not trapped indoor like me grrr wasps.
