Caught up on some sleep yesterday. Nice to have some food in the house.
Had fun borrowing library tv shows, movies and audiobooks. It’s the end of the month when credits expire if I don’t use them.
This month feels like it flew by.
I have a phone call scheduled but no other plans.

Also, a day or two ago I bought a large cauliflower at a reduced price. Yes, I could do it just as a plain vegetable, but I’ll be looking at YouTube for recipes for cauliflower meals and cauliflower salads

Good morning from Foxy’s world… 
16 mile bike ride 
It was supposed to be 15 miles but they are digging the road up on the main route out of the village and have put up temporary traffic lights. It was a nightmare getting out, so I took an alternative route back home.
Twas Cold this morning, even the heating came on, so it was gloves and a thin fleece under my cycling top. The new saddle hasn’t worked out too well, so it’s back on with the old ‘ball breaker’ one later. £35 quid down the drain…

We had a good long walk this morning. My wife went to the doctor’s surgery .and I waited outside with the wee dog. Then next door for the vets for dog’s certificate then home. Then a delivery of a liquid kind. Then the grocery man. Such a busy life we lead…
