Good Morning Sunday 9th July 2023

Morning all!

More blasting music yesterday morning. It didn’t last long and wasn’t repeated at night.

Weather is still beautiful for the moment. I got a bit of sleep but am hoping for more. I’m enjoying some tv shows I’ve been watching.

Today is another day waiting to see how the music pans out.

Have a good day everyone.

Good morning everyone

What a night of storms …thunder and lightning…and wouldn’t you know it Danny one of my grandkids was under canvas at cub camp so I’m hoping he was ok…doubtless my daughter will update me later.

At least the storms have watered the garden everything looks so green

Have a good day everyone

Morning all.

Will drop Holly off at 10, have a long chat with her carer about several things. Go off to Morrisons, then at 1, meeting little sis at the Harvester. I am treating her to lunch as congratulations. She has reached 25 years of working for Sainsburys.

Then I must come home and do packing.

My neighbours were still in their back garden at 12,30, having been partying most of the day/evening. Holly had done a wee on a rug near back door. She was fidgeting, had already gone downstairs, and was back up on the bed, panting, so I took her down for the garden, and noticed the wet patch. Had to apply pet carpet cleaning fluid on it straightaway. Wasn’t going to start fetching bowls of water and cloths that time of night.

Good morning all ,
Im up earley awaiting delivery of a Mattress, between 7am and 10 , whats the betting it will be nearer 10am .
We too had storms all day yesterday which meant Ellie was unhappy most of the day and into the evening she didnt settle till gone 11pm , even with 2 Diazapam .
The heavy rain kept the Van alarm going off of my Nieghbour …
The TV lost its signal and tv kept coming and going .
Im hoping for a better day for myself and everyone else ,Pets as well .

Morning all, sun is shining.

Off to do our weekly shopping.

Have a nice day all.

Hi

Good Morning All.

Thunderstorms last night and rain first thing.

Out and about early with one of my helpers, I longer drive.

First of all, the Sunday Market plant stall.

It is a large family run outlet, cheap normally, they supply the Garden Centres.

They close down for the school holidays, all go away together.

Today was the first Sunday of their Two week sale.

Last week my beloved garden was largely destroyed, not just the storms, but agreed to open it up for therapy for Mental Health Issues.

This did not go according to plan and a lack of supervision.

A lovely lady, but had a meltdown, just razed loads to the ground.

Spend a mint this morning at the Market, prices were very cheap.

Rose bushes and standard perennials, 3 for £9.

Large Patio and trailing annuals, 20 for £10.

Herbs and strawberry plants, 3 for £1.

Dad had 8 year old helping him.

She was lovely, playing shop, she reminded me so much of my two at the car boots.

I gave Dad an extra £5 for her wages, her face was s delight.

Then onto the meat lorry, no longer on the Market due to a stupid increase in rent.

Just missed the last of the whole Fillet Steaks at £20 a kilo.

£54 did get me 3 Kilos of Ribeye, 2 kilos of Rump and 5 Kilos of Pork Loin.

Good Morning from Foxy’s Gaff… :house:
Storms just missed us last night with just a light sprinkling of rain and lightning in the distance, it was probably heading out to Summers place…
:open_mouth:
Went a bit further on the bike this morning and ended up doing 23 miles…Plenty of sit down stuff today…
:weary:
