Good morn all
At the moment i am trying to get fit by walking around the local roads. Part of the walk is up a very steep alleyway and yesterday I had to keep stopping every so often
This morning managed to go nearly all the way around (about 1 Mile) and only stopped 2/3 times, this is a huge improvement from yesterday and quite pleased with myself.
doing this to get ready for the holidays as some walking is involved. Up to now a damn cold had knocked me sideways
