Good Morning/Afternoon everyone.
I have just put together a Cottage Pie and a dish of Cauliflower Cheese - so that is lunch for today and tomorrow sorted.
Very dark, very windy, and very wet here today - only did a short (3 x mille) early walk. Must venture up into the loft at some point and bring down the Christmas Card holders - the decorations can wait until nearer the day.

Sitting by the bedroom window with my first cuppa/tablets. Dog has disappeared downstairs, hopefully to eat a few biscuits, and not to wait by the front door. Edit. Yes, back in the bedroom, licking her lips and burping. 
Might do a bit of housework today.
A terrible start to the day, cold, wet and horrible.
More boring sorting out, but it has to be done.

I am on the point of returning to the U.K. and now have to find a lateral flow centre for the latest change in tests of course this coincides with a Sunday and two public holidays .
I do t feel well either what else can go wrong ? - touch wood cross all fingers and toes

Another (relatively) lazy day for me, nursing my heavy cold and resting before the onslaught of a full week of getting up early and going to look after my granddaughter while mumma is at work.

Off for a nice hot shower after waking Chloe and eating a breakfast of porridge and seeds and a glass of Kafir.
I might do some baking later and haveinternet shopping to completed.

Dog and I got slightly wet on our first walk. Beautiful rainbow, sun shining, and it started piddling down with us in the middle. Argh. So all damp things now hanging up.

Dogs walked and enjoying a brew in the warm whilst wasting an hour or so on here before deciding what to do next, which I doubt will be anything much of any consequence.

Have my little three year old grandson Stanley coming.to stay today possibly till Thursday as his nursery has closed due to Covid…he is OK but there are too many staff off to run it safely …its a bonus for me because I love having him
Raining here today and its looking miserable…little Gorgeous George is home from the Vets and seems much better…he has three types of medication though and its a real problem getting them into him…Worth it though

She is in the right place - it is very cold today.
Morning all bright and breezy , coming out the other side of a heavy cold which the wife brought home, three days in a row have tested for covid just to be sure , all negative as were the wifes test’s, just goes to show practice hygiene all you want and something gets through.
Enjoy, on a countdown now, 105 hrs to work until early retirement.
